  1. How is your service delivered? After an initial discovery session with our teams, we deploy all capabilities against a schedule tracked real time by both teams.

    Subject matter AI agents are deployed with each stage along with direct chat/email access to the EPxMaxx operational team for real-time information coordination.

    Weekly updates and bi-weekly touch points happen over the first two months as both teams hit stride.

  2. What does it cost? There are no set up fees. Your monthly cost coverage amount depends on your rolling 12-month revenues. Mutual incentives agreed at time of contract.

  3. Can I still license and deploy my own AI tools? Yes, EPxMaxx fully supports partner companies deploying additional tools and provides valuable guidance.

  4. What time and resources are needed from me or my team? We’ve designed our capabilities to be as unintrusive as possible. The first month is the most as we build a knowledge base for your business and fine tune some of the initial agents. Expect 6-8 hours total in month one, 2-4 hours per month after that.

  5. Are there additional costs beyond service fees? All licensing fees are included, with clear communication about any incremental usage-based costs. Other outside costs could include development costs, advertising or sponsorship costs, etc. depending on strategy. All outside costs pre-approved by you.

  6. How long before I see results? Typical results in workflow efficiencies and revenue signals happen in month two and beyond. Of course, much depends on competitiveness, product market fit, operational tactics and more.

  7. What is the application and approval process? The application process is easy (short form) and approval will happen within 48 hours. Once the partnership contract is signed, discovery kick off can happen with 72 hours of receiving initial operational inputs (short form).

  8. What if our partnership doesn’t work out? We will always do what’s necessary to succeed together. In the event of termination, we ensure operational continuity through a comprehensive transition period including providing your business with your core prompts and data.
